Mario and Luigi in hip 1930's era gangster form. Cool stuff, and original... which we like. I think the black and grey is classy as well, this theme just wouldn't work in color. Though I can't help but think the mustaches should be filled in a bit.

Hey thats my tattoo! Thanks for posting it! You are right the mustache's were not filled in at the time I took the picture. I am getting more work done to it and will send a follow-up.
